My Favorite Morning Routine

My favorite morning routine is making a cup of coffee and watching morning news on television.

The aroma of coffee wakes me up. I cannot wait to have the first sip. I used to take my coffee with cream and sugar, but now I prefer it black for the real taste of coffee. I sometimes have a piece of cake to go with it, but if I am in a rush, I will skip the treat.

Morning news on television is the best way to start a day. I have a good idea of what has happened before heading out. Although I can easily get more or less the same coverage online, I prefer the television version where news presenters take me through the key news.

Once I am done with my morning routine, I will be off to work, feeling refreshed and informed, thanks to the coffee and news.

My Favorite Place

My favorite place is London. I love its parks, museums, and West End shows.

When it comes to parks, most people name Hyde Park, which is well-known around the world. It is linked to three other Royal Parks, forming a chain in central London. It takes a few hours to go from one end to the other. I often spend a whole afternoon there.

Of the museums in London, the British Museum is probably the largest, catering for a wide range of interests. Whenever I am in London, I will go there early in the morning and will not leave until the museum closes for the day. I enjoy looking at its collection of Egyptian antiquities.

A visit to London is not complete without a trip to the West End. I love watching musicals in particular. Les Miserables is my favorite of all time. Apart from its historical background in the French Revolution, its songs are mesmerizing.

To conclude, London appeals to me - its parks, museums, and West End shows are what makes it attractive.
